Lemon Cake Brownies/Bars in grams and cups:

- 190 gr All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1/4 cup)
- 160 gr Sugar ( 3/4 cup)
- 4 medium Eggs
- 180 gr Soft Butter ( 1 1/2 stick)
- 60gr Lemon Juice (6 tbsp)
- Zest of 3-4 Lemons
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Makes 8-10 cake squares.

Lemon Glaze:

- 100 gr Powdered Sugar
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
