Lemon Tart ( ingredients for the crust) in grams:

- 250 gr All Purpose Flour
- 40 gr Egg Yolks
- 80 gr Powdered Sugar
- 150 gr very cold Butter
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 3 big dollops of Whipped Cream
