Cowboy Chilli Con Carne | Jamie’s American Road trip | Jamie Oliver
This cowboy style chilli con carne is definitely worth trying! With a nod to my cowboy friends its cooked with beef brisket and coffee! Left over the fire for a good two to three hours, making the brisket tender and delicious, but punchy with all that spice and flavour.
