SPICY CAJUN SHRIMP WITH GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE
This spicy cajun shrimp is made with corn on a cob, potatoes, sausage and hot savory garlic butter sauce. It’s delicious and finger licking good. I made a lighter-healthier version.
You can use the sauce for crawfish.

2 lbs shrimp
1 1/2-2 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp Chicken bouillon
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 heads garlic-chopped
1 stick butter
3/4 cup water or olive oil

If you want it more rich and buttery use 2 sticks of butter instead of water.
Cajun seasoning can be salty-add a little at a time and taste the sauce.
