3 tbsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ cup Sour Cream
½ cup Milk
3 large Eggs
1 ¼ cup Hot Water
½ cup water
2 tsp Coffee Powder
¾ cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Coffee extract

Ingredients to decorate:
420g Cream Cheese
90 g Unsalted Butter
325 g Nestle La Lechera Dulce de Leche Mix
1 cup Powdered Sugar (optional)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
Hershey's Bites (optional)
Hershey's Chocolate Chips (optional)
Hershey's Chocolate Sauce (optional)
