HONEYCOMB CAKE
Recipe :

- 1 cup all purpose/wheat flour (sifted)
- 2 tsp soda bikarbonate (sifted)
- 4 eggs (grade A)
- 1/2 cup sweetend condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 1/4 cup fine sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup boiling water

TIPS PENTING UNTUK MEMBUAT KEK

1. Let the sugar syrup cool completely at room temperature before mixing with cake batter.

2. Whisk batter SLOWLY during all process.

3. Sift batter into pan

4. Grease pan with butter and use non stick baking paper

5. Set aside cake butter and cover the cake pan tightly for at least 2 hours before baking

6. Bake cake using bottom heat and no fan mode
