1½ litre butter milk
50g gram flour
salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
8-10 curry leaves
650ml water
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp asafoetida powder
4 dry red chilli
125g gram flour (for pakodi)
