INGREDIENTS:

300 gm mutton
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
¼ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ tsp red chilli powder
2 pinch black pepper powder
¼ tsp chat masala
¼ tsp garam masala
2 pinch turmeric powder
1 lemon's juice
oil for roasting
