Glazed Cake Brownies Recipe in gr and cups:

- 75 gr Dark Chocolate 70%cocoa (3oz)
- 75 gr Butter (2/3 stick)
- 100 gr Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 50 gr Flour (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 20 gr Cocoa Powder (3 tbsp)
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking Powder ( Add only 1/4 tsp for a denser texture)
- Pinch of Salt

Chocolate Glaze:

- 100 gr Dark Chocolate (3.5oz)
- 100 gr Heavy Cream(3.5oz)
- 2 tbsp light flavored honey or glucose
- Pinch of Salt
