2 pcs ---- each, star anise & bay leaves
1 pc ----- cinnamon bark
2 Tbsp -- salt

1/2 cup --- chicken broth (from our boiling meat)
1/2 cup --- Szechuan red chili oil with sediment
2 Tbsp ---- each, light soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil
1 Tbsp ---- each, Chinkiang vinegar, minced ginger & garlic
1/2 tsp ---- each, white sugar & toasted sesame seeds
