CRISPY PRAWN AND VEGETABLE FRITTERS
Recipe:
- 1 1/4 cup (180g) all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp rice/corn flour
- a pinch of baking soda
- 1 cup (250ml) room temp water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 chicken cube (crushed)
- 1 carrot (small)
- 1 red chilli
- 1 - 2 cups bean sprouts
- a bunch of scallion
- a few prawns
