CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE
This time, we shared a recipe where the pudding taste like brownie but with pudding texture. This pudding cake's texture depends higly on the amount of agar-agar power/china grass. For pudding -like texture, use 10g of agar powder , but for a more solid agar-like texture, use 20g of agar powder.
Resepi :
- 4 slices white breads
- 4 cups (1 litre) chocolate milk/any chocolate malt beverage
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (40g) cocoa powder/choc malt powder
- 1/2 cup (100g) dark/milk chocolate compound
- 1 - 2 packets (10 - 20g) agar-agar powder (10g for pudding-like texture & 20g for more solid agar-like texture)
- 1 egg yolk
* Mould's size 7 x 6 x 2.5 inch
* Sprinkle some water into mould's interior before put in the pudding mixture so that it will be easier to take out the pudding once it has set
* Best consumed after being refrigerate overnight
* This recipe use 1 packet (10g) of agar-agar powder
