PAD SEE EW - Thai Stir-Fried Noodles
Pad See Ew is a popular Thai stir-fried rice noodles with meat, Chinese broccoli, eggs, soy sauce and other seasonings. It has a salty-sweet-savory taste with a touch of sour flavor.
This can be a quick stir fry as long as you have everything prepared and ready to go into the wok.

Recipe serves 2-3

For the beef
6-8 Oz beef-thin sliced 226g or protein of choice
1 Tbsp water
1 Tsp oyster sauce
1 Tsp corn starch
1/2 Tsp soy sauce

For the sauce
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp black soy sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp sambal oelek chili paste-optional
1/2-1 Tsp fish sauce

For stir fry
7 Oz fresh rice noodle or 6 oz dried wide noodle
2-3 Tbsp oil
3 Stems Chinese broccoli-cut into 2-inch pieces
2 Cloves garlic-chopped
1 Large egg
