10 pipitilla dry chilies (or 5 childe de árbol)

2 small cinnamon sticks
1 bay leaf
2 cubes beef broth
1 onion
10 guajillo chilies
10 ancho chilies
2 oranges
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ tsp whole black pepper
6 cloves
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp dry orégano
1 tbsp olive oil
