Obsession 20 is on now at Michelin-starred Northcote and we caught up with executive chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen to find out about the annual event and why they do it.

She also talks about women in the kitchen, how she maintains a good environment for her own brigade and what has kept her at Northcote for over 15 years.

Interestingly, Lisa has a shellfish allergy, so she tells us how she gets around that as a chef and gives her thoughts on catering for dietaries and the new vegan craze which is so popular.
