Edible Cookie Dough Recipe in grams:
- 90 gr Soft Butter
- 60 gr Brown Sugar
- 80 gr All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Chocolate Chips
Brown Sugar Buttercream( makes enough for a 3 layer cake):
-550 gr of Softened Butter
- 300 gr Powdered Sugar
- 220 gr Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 tsp + of salt
NOTE: Since there's brown sugar in this recipe, beat this buttercream well.
Dark Chocolate Drip:
- 150 gr Dark Chocolate
- 150 gr hot Heavy Cream
Bring your cream JUST to a boil. Pour the cream over the chopped chocolate. Let it stand for 1 minute. Stir until you get a glossy cream.

- 2/3 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Chocolate Chips
Recipe for the Brown Sugar Buttercream( Makes enough for a 3 layer cake):
- 4 3/4 sticks of softened Butter
- 2 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 tsp + of salt
NOTE: Since there's brown sugar in this recipe, beat this buttercream well.
Dark Chocolate Ganache Drip:
- 5.5 ounces Dark Chocolate
- 5.5 ounces hot Heavy Cream
Bring your cream JUST to a boil. Pour the cream over the chopped chocolate. Let it stand for 1 minute. Stir until you get a glossy cream.
