Recipe :

- 1 -2 packs of red velvet oreos (for cake base)
- 1 pack of oreo red velvet for topping and middle layer
- 2 stbsp butter (melted)
- 250g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 200ml whipping cream (cold)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp powdered gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
- oreos's creams layer

* Spring form pan of size 7 inch
* refrigerate overnight before consumed. Put in freezer for an hour or 2 if you like ice cream txture :)
