Crunchy Breaded Shrimp so easy and delicious for Lent Season!
Here you have a super easy recipe for any day of the week! I hope you like it!
Ingredients:
2 lbs shrimp (peeled, deveined and cleaned)
4 -5 eggs
1 cup cornstarch
2 ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
½ tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
½ tbsp Garlic Powder
½ tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
1 tbsp Maggi Sauce
½ tsp habanero sauce (optional)
+ 2-3 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
