While filming with Jamie in Italy, Gennaro couldn't resist a trip to see his friend Dario Cecchini, a famous butcher in the beautiful town of Panzano in Chianti. Mr Contaldo shows us some of his favourite things in Dario's shop, including Bistecca Fiorentina, Fennel Salami & Chianti Butter.
