Moist and easy Pound Cake Recipe!
I decided to make a lemon blueberry pound cake today, but feel free to leave those out if you prefer and make a simple pound cake :)

Pound Cake Recipe in grams:


- 190 gr All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 115 Soft Butter
- 130 gr White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 220 gr Yogurt
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 100 gr Blueberries

Pound Cake Recipe in cups:

- 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 stick Soft Butter
- 2/3 cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 7.5 ounces Yogurt
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Blueberries ( It's important to measure out the blueberries or your cake will turn out wet if you add too many blueberries)
