Or you could just gift these to your boyfriend or that special someone and make them happy ;) Either way, these Chocolate Rum Cupcakes are a must try! They are rich, moist and sinfully delicious. So go grab some rum and chocolate ate run to your kitchen NOW. Happy baking! ;)

Ingredients: (Makes 15-16 cupcakes)

For cake:
*1 cup all purpose flour
*6 tbsp cocoa powder
*1/2 tsp baking soda
*1/4 tsp baking powder
*1/4 tsp salt
*1 cup sugar
*1/2 cup black rum
*1/2 cup buttermilk
*1 egg OR 1/4 cup dahi (curd)
*1/3 cup oil
*1/4 tsp vanilla extract

For the ganache frosting:
*1/2 cup fresh cream
*250 g semi sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
*1/4 cup black rum
