Today I am doing a vegan spin of the classic Italian dish of Spaghetti Carbonara. This is a creamy dish with parmesan cheese, bacon, eggs, butter, salt, and fresh ground pepper. I have found some of the closest vegan substitutes for all the non vegan ingredients to make this pasta carbonara dish as authentic as possible while still being vegan. I hope you enjoy.
