Breakfast Mini Banana Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
1 ripe banana, mashed
3 tbsp butter milk
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar

Steps
1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the beaten egg,
mashed banana, butter milk and cooking oil.
2.Add in the sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder and flour.
3.Using a spatula to stir all ingredients until combined, but don't over mix.
4.In a pan on medium heat, using a tablespoon scoop in the batter.
5.In about 1 minute you should see some bubbles appear. Flip the pancakes over and fry for another minute. Repeat this step with the remaining batter.
6.Transfer the pancakes into a plate.
7.Garnish the pancakes with icing sugar.
8.Serve the banana pancakes with maple syrup. Enjoy!
