Steamed Chicken wings with Ginger-Garlic Sauce
Here is one healthy cooking that you might like. Not fried, baked but steaming. Fat will be minimized for healthy issue. Loaded with ginger strips & garlic on the top for health benefit. Enjoy.

1½ pounds -- chicken wings (cut into pieces)
2 Tbsp --------- light soy sauce
1 tsp ------------ sugar
2 Tbsp --------- garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp --------- fermented black beans
1 Tbsp -------- corn starch
1 oz ------------ ginger (thin strips)
1 Tbsp -------- green onion (chopped)
note: soak black bean in warm water to soften and crush lightly
