Deep Fried Chocolate ! Donuts on a stick | Dessert "corn dogs".

Deep Fried Chocolate:
- 400 g ( 14 ounces) Chocolate
- 400 g (14 ounces) room temp Heavy Cream ( You can also use condensed milk)
For the Batter:
- 250 g (1 cup) Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 140 g (1 cup) All Purpose Flour
- 160 g (1 cup) Cornmeal
Dust with a generous amount of powdered sugar and serve hot. If you're not serving right away, allow these to cool and store in an airtight container at room temp. Just before serving reheat in the microwave for 20 seconds.
