Japanese Traditional Sweet Clear Jelly Noodles Wagashi "Kuzukiri" Recipe
i made Japanese traditional summer sweets "Wagashi",Kuzukiri;)
"Kuzu/Kudzu" means "Arrowroot" and "Kiri" is "Cut" in Japanese.
Kudzu itself has no flavor(though a little scent has),we pour brown sugar syrup on it,this cold sweets is nice for summer days.
well,it's like a jellyfish,isn't it?;)

ingredients
kuromitus(brown sugar syrup)
70g brown sugar"kokuto"
70ml water
1tsp starch syrup

Kuzukiri
30g Yoshino kuzu
70ml water
