Sweet Corn Soup
Sweet corn soup recipe
Ingredients
- 125 grms Sweet corn
- 2 tbsp chopped Carrots
- 2 tbsp chopped French Beans
- 2 tbsp chopped Green peas
- 2 tbsp chopped Baby corn
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
Preparation Method :
- In a blender add 1/2 cup sweet corn and coarsely grind without adding water
- Take 2 tbsp corn flour, add little water, stir and keep a side ( this is called cornstarch slurry)
- Take deep bottom pan, add in 2 cups water and bring it to boil
- Add chopped carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add other vegetables like french beans, green pease, baby corn, sweet corn
- Cook vegetable for 3 - 4 minutes
- Add in coarsely ground sweet corn paste
- Add sugar, salt, and black pepper powder (as per ur taste)
- Add 1 or 2 tsp butter which gives good taste for soup
- Cook for 2 - 3 min on high flame
- Add in corn flour liquid and stir continously
- Bring to boil and serve hot sweet corn soup
