10-Minute Chocolate Mousse Recipe! - The Scran Line
Hello! I'm so excited for this video. I decided to show you guys how to make this really easy and quick chocolate mousse recipe in my kitchen today! I hope you like it! What other simple dessert recipes would you like to see me make in my kitchen?

Ingredients:
5 large eggs (see notes)
190g - 1 1/4 cups dark cooking chocolate
15g - 1 tbsp unsalted butter
180ml - 3/4 cup heavy cream, full fat
3 tbsp caster sugar

Whipped Cream
200ml heavy cream, chilled
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp caster sugar (optional)
