For meat Lover, here is another way of preparing your beef steak. Not BBQ or Pan fry searing. But with conventional oven, first wrapped in aluminum foil ( like steam cooking the steak ) then finally open it and broil for nice charred ( just a little bit ) on the top.( No smokey Kitchen or No smoke alarm pepping)
