●1 cup water पानी
●2 tbsp clarified butter घी
●1 onion प्याज़
●1 tsp ginger garlic paste अदरक लसन पेस्ट
●5 green chillies हरी मिर्च
●1/2 tsp turmeric powder हल्दी पाउडर
●Salt to taste नमक स्वाद अनुसार
●1 tsp carom seeds अजवाइन
●1/2 tsp asafoetida powder हींग पाउडर
●1 tbsp dey fenugreek leaves कसूरी मेथी
●2 cup wheat flour or as required गेहूँ का आटा
●oil for deep frying तेल
