नाश्ते में जब कुछ टेस्टी और चटपटा खाने का मन हो तो ये रेसिपी जरूर बनाये। ऐसे बनायेंगे तो कटलेट ऊपर से क्रिस्पी और अंदर से सॉफ्ट बहुत बनेगी। पहले से तैयार करके रखें और कभी भी तलकर खायें।
For filling भरावन के लिए
2 tbsp oil | 2 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
1 onion (large) | 1 बड़ा प्याज़
1/2 tsp turmeric powder | 1/2 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
1/2 tsp chilli flakes | 1/2 छोटा चम्मच चिल्ली फलैक्स
1 tsp chat masala | 1 छोटा चम्मच चाट मसाला
1 tsp oregano | 1 छोटा चम्मच ऑरेगैनो
1 capsicum (large) | 1 बड़ी शिमलामिर्च
100g boiled corn | 100g उबले कॉर्न
salt to taste | नमक स्वाद अनुसार
1 tbsp oil | 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
1 tsp brown mustard seeds | 1 छोटा चम्मच राई
2 cup water | 2 कप पानी
salt to taste | नमक स्वाद अनुसार
1 cup semolina | 1 कप सूजी
Oil for frying | तलने के लिए तेल
