Ingredients | सामग्री
1 tsp turmeric powder | 1 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
1 tsp red chilli powder | 1 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Salt to taste | नमक स्वाद अनुसार
2 tbsp coriander powder | 2 बड़ा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
2 tbsp oil | 2 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
1 tsp cumin seeds | 1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds | 1/2 छोटा चम्मच मेथी दाना
4 green chillies | 4 हरी मिर्च
1 inch ginger | 1 इंच अदरक
4 dry red chillies | 4 सूखी लाल मिर्च
4 bay leaves | 4 तेज़ पत्ता
4 green cardamoms | 4 हरी इलाइची
2 black cardamoms | 2 बड़ी इलायची
1 inch cinnamon | 1 इंच दालचीनी
5 cloves | 5 लौंग
10 black peppercorns | 10 काली मिर्च
1/4 tsp asafoetida powder | 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हींग पाउडर
1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves | 1 बड़ा चम्मच कसूरी मेथी
4 tomatoes | 4 टमाटर
700g boiled potatoes | 700g उबले आलू
2 cup water | 2 कप पानी (500ml)
2 tsp chat masala | 2 छोटा चम्मच चाट मसाला
Fresh coriander leaves | ताज़ी धनिया पत्ती
