How to make garlic fish
ingredient
500 grams of fish fillet
Garlic, crushed 5 cloves

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 teaspoon butter
How to do it
1. Put the pan on the stove over high heat.
2. Add cooking oil in the pan and wait until the oil is hot
3. Add the fish fillets and crushed garlic
4. Sprinkle the fish fillets with sea salt. Black pepper and seasoning powder
5. Fry the fish until golden brown on both sides.
6. When the fish is cooked, add butter.
