1 कप कच्चा चावल
½ कप दही
2 उबले हुए आलू
1/4 कप पानी
1 प्याज
1 टमाटर
1 शिमला मिर्च
1 गाजर
नमक स्वादअनुसार
१/२ टी स्पून चिल्ली फ्लेक्स
Sp छोटा चम्मच जीरा
1/3 छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला
1/2 कप धनिया पत्ती
कुछ करी पत्तियां
1 इंच अदरक
2 हरी मिर्च
½ चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा
1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल

Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
½ tsp Cumin seeds
1/3 tsp Garam masala
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
Few Curry Leaves
1 inch Ginger
2 green chilli
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Oil
