Olive Oil
Butter

Take a vacuum sealed Steak and place it into the dishwasher. Set the dishwasher for 50°C / 120°F (eco mode) and wash the Steak for 90 min.

Then dab dry the me.at, preheat a pan on high heat and add some oil. Sear the Steak for approximately 90 seconds from each side. After flipping, add some butter and baste the Steak.

Leave to rest for 5 minutes, season to taste and enjoy.
