Ingrediens for 4 Sandwiches
Skirt Steak
Salt / Pepper
Olive Oil
2 Green Bell Peppers
2 Onions
Marinara Sauce
American Cheese
Sandwich Bread

Portion the Skirt Steak and cut it into thin slices. Dice the bell peppers and the onions as well. Preheat a pan over medium heat, add some oil and fry the bell peppers and onions until softened - season with salt and pepper to taste.
Change to very high heat and sear the me.at for approximately 2 min until born and crisp. Halve your Sandwich bread, add some marinara sauce and the meat and topp with the onion peppers. Add 2 Slices of american cheese per Sandwich and let the cheese melt at 180°C / 356°F for approx. 10 min.
