Ingrediens to prepare a tasty butter sous vide steak_
Steak of your choice (I used a T-Bone)
Salt / Pepper
Clarified butter (I used 1 kg)

How to prepare the Steak:
Put the clarified butter into a pot and melt slowly. Bring to a temperature of 50° C / 122°F (perfect sous vide temperature).
Add your steak and cook (reverse sear) for 50 min. Dab dry and preheat your pan / grill as high as possible (cast iron pan would work perfectly). Sear the me.at for 45 seconds from each side, season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
