250g fenugreek leaves (methi)
1 cup black millet flour (bajre ka atta)
1/2 cup wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp asafoetida powder (heeng)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
5-6 green chillies
1 inch ginger
2 tbsp jaggery water
1/4 cup curd
1 tsp clarified butter/ghee
