Ingredients
2 tbsp ghee घी
10 black pepper corns काली मिर्च
4 cloves लौंग
1 inch cinnamon दालचीनी
1 tbsp fennel seeds सौंफ
1/4 cup cashews काजू
1/4 cup almonds बादाम
1/4 cup dry coconut सूखा नारियल
1/4 cup raisins किशमिश
3-4 bay leaves तेज़ पत्ता
1 cup rice चावल
1 cup jaggery गुड़
2.5 cup water पानी
4 green cardamom हरी इलाइची
