Ingredients-
2 cup/500ml water
250g soaked black chickpea / kala chana
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp coriander powder
¼ tsp asafoetida / heeng
1 tsp dried mango powder/amchur
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp kasuri methi/ dried fenugreek leaves
