These traditional Thai appetizers are made from a tender and slightly chewy gluten-free dough made from rice flour, arrowroot starch, and glutinous rice flour (so yes, gluten-free!). The filling is made with pork and peanuts, but chicken can also be used. The purple colour comes from butterfly pea flowers. They are gorgeous AND tasty, but they're a ton of work. Would you make something like this??
