THAI SEAFOOD TOM YUM
Recipe:

- 750ml water
- 4 lemongrass
- 8 pieces thai red chillies (less if dont like spicy food)
- 1/4 onion
- 7 pieces shrimps
- 3 pieces squids
- 1 tomato
- 1 bowl of shrimp's heads
- 1 cup of cauliflower
- 2 slices galangal
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- juices of 4 limes
- 8 pieces lime leaves
- 3 tbsp thai chilli paste
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tsp salt
