EASY FLUFFY PANCAKES CAKE:

- 100g (3/4 cup) All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 40g (3tbsp) Sugar
- 1 room temp Egg
- 100g (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) Milk or Buttermilk
- 40g Butter (1/3 STICK)
- Maple Syrup or any other toppings you prefer.

SERVE FRESH & HOT! Use an 8 inch non stick good quality pan.
