5 Tbls Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Ginger Powder
1 Tsp White Pepper
1/2 Tbls Chinese 5 Spice
1 Tsp Red Food Color (Optional)
CRISPY PORK BELLY
1 Pork Belly
SALT & 5 Spice BATH
50 Minutes
Salt Top AIr fry for 30 minutes at 200C
