i made Japanese traditional candy Wagashi Nerikiri.
Nerikiri consists with white sweet bean paste "shiroan" and mochi.
taste and texture are like a marzipan.
there are many kind of Wagashi Nerikiri ,and most of them are sold at Wagashi shop, if you come to Japan someday, please try Wgashi Nerikiri! ;)
this time, i made 5 colors rose candies with Nerikiri dough, so which color do you like?

25g colored nerikiri dough
8g matcha flavored shiroan(add matcha powder to shiroan)
