Banana Bread | Banana Loaf Cake | Kitchen Time with Neha
I have made Banana Bread so many times and I wonder how I haven't shared it on this channel yet. This is my go-to recipe whenever I have leftover overripe bananas sitting on the counter. You can also pop the bananas in the freezer and bake banana bread by just thawing the bananas! And you can also add in some chocolate chips or chopped nuts to this. Just make sure to dust them with a tablespoon of flour so that they don't sink. Happy Baking! :)
Ingredients:
* 1 3/4 cup (210 g) all-purpose flour (maida)
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
* 1/2 cup (100 g) salted butter, softened
* 1 cup (200 g) sugar, preferably powdered in a mixie
* 2 eggs, at room temperature
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 4 small or 3 large overripe bananas, mashed
* 2 tbsp full fat milk
