SEMPERIT JELITA, EH JELITA KE?
Resepi :

- 125g (1/2 buku) mentega (suhu bilik)
- 1/4 cawan (70g) susu pekat manis
- 1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla
- 3 sudu makan (25g) gula aising
- 200g + 2 sudu makan tepung jagung
- 2 sudu makan (15g) tepung kastard
- 1 sudu makan tepung beras

TIPS PENTING :

1. Sejukkan adunan yang sudah diterap di dalam peti sejuk (bahagian bawah) selama 20 ke 30 minit sebelum dibakar
2. Panaskan oven pada suhu 160C selama 15 minit sebelum membakar semperit
3. Bakar semperit pada suhu 160C , selama 15 ke 20 minit , api atas bawah, letak di rak paling tengah, no fan.

Recipe:

- 125g butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup (70g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 tablespoons (25g) icing sugar
- 200g + 2 tablespoons of corn flour
- 2 tablespoons (15g) of custard flour
- 1 tablespoon of rice flour

IMPORTANT TIPS:

1. Cool the shaped batter in the refrigerator (refrigerate part,not freezing part) for 20 to 30 minutes before baking
2. Preheat the oven to 160C for 15 minutes before baking the semperit
3. Bake the semperit at 160C, for 15 to 20 minutes, fire top to bottom, place on the middle shelf, no fan.
