Mango Cream Cake | Kitchen Time with Neha
Summer isn't complete without a mango dessert. And this summer season, I baked one of my favourite mango dessert recipes and film it. I have always loved mango and cream cake as a kid, and I have tried many different recipes. This is by far the best Mango and Cream Cake I have made. The sponge cake is light and fluffy. Once soaked with sugar syrup, it nice and moist. And paired with juicy mangoes and light sweetened whipped cream makes this a match made in heaven. I have been making it since more than 5 years now. Additional notes:
* This cake does not need baking powder or baking soda as the air whipped in the egg whites helps it rise.
* I highly recommend sifting the flour two to three times to make it easier to fold it in the egg mixture without any lumps.
* Make sure to use a very big bowl (metal or glass) to whip the egg whites as it is difficult to mix batter in a smaller bowl and it may cause the batter to spill out.

For Cake:

• 4 eggs, separated (at room temperature)

• 65 ml milk, at room temperature

For frosting and assembling:
