With influences from all over the world and a stunning menu of dishes to peruse, a meal there is certainly one to remember. Ollie sources some of his more specialist Japanese products from SushiSushi, combining them and the flavours they offer with his classical background – and a sprinkle of his own unique approach to cooking.
