- 3 - 5 biji telur masin
- 60g golden syrup
- 1/2 sudu teh air alkali/abu/lye
- 16g minyak kacang tanah
- 85g tepung gandum
- pes pandan kacang hijau
- 1 biji kuning telur
- 1 sudu makan air

Mooncake Recipe:

- 3 - 5 salted eggs
- 60g golden syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon alkaline/gray/lye water
- 16g of peanut oil
- 85g of wheat flour
- green bean pandan paste
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of water
